Thanks for trying my cake! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Since I posted that recipe I have tried many variations to make it healthier. It is safe to increase the applesauce (decrease oil accordingly), replace some or all of the sugar with agave (2/3 a cup is equal to 1 cup cane sugar) and to replace up to half the flour with whole white wheat flour! The recipe I posted was just a veganizing of an old family recipe, so I didn't make it healthier. Again, I'm glad you liked it! It looks really good, even better the next day too eh? =)
